Now that the doors and windows are in, birds that get in via the roof cannot get out through the openings. I keep finding them near the doors where they have literally knocked themselves senseless. This morning I found this poor chap and I thought he would die but I left him in the BBQ area to see if he would recover. 20 minutes later he had disappeared.
Back to the panel supports. I have cut some timber guaging to make sure the supports are in the right place for the panels. As you can see, the designers have got it wrong as the panels pass the roof at both sides so I will have to redo the edges by adding some timber to the sides and refit the side panels. Fortunately they are wide enough to accommodate the change.
I have also made a start on the timber walls for the workshop. More about clearing the timber from inside the house than a desire to have the workshop done. The bottom photo is the window opening.
