Trial holes for installing the sewage (assainissement) system were dug and surprise, surprise they are full of water. Consequently the system cannot be a standard one but instead an electrically driven micro station. Cost will not be much different but it does mean a constant electrical requirement.

The rear wall upper windows are progressing well. First one concreted and the second opened. More pathway installed for the remaining windows.

I am progressing the painful installation of the floor joists and am still discarding non suitable wood. I have developed a system that enables me to level them on my own and prepare them in advance. 8 waiting to go up.
