A quick reminder of the remains of Le Chai which we still owned after selling the main house to Suzie and Bertrand. Despite us trying to get them to buy iy all in one go they chose not to. however, Ithey soon realised that owning it would make the renovation of the property much easier so a price was agreed, a compromis signed and today, we finally signed the Acte Authentique. Our association with the village is now severed, except for maintaining contact with the many friends we have made there.

Just need to sort out the planning and we can start to build a new home at the new property.
