No photos as I was in too much pain to take them. I drove to site thinking my back was feeling better only to find that driving was not a good idea. I had to get to site as had the keys and Esteban was due. Finally arrived and after a rest started helping with continuing the frame installation.

After a while it was clear that I could not continue and although Esteban offered to drive me home the van was less comfortable than driving myself in the car so I struggled home. I have clearly pinched nerve quite severely so it looks like a visit to the doctor and lots of rest for the New Year.

Really annoying as I have two meetings organised for tomorrow that I now have to cancel. One is with MG Habitat who are installing the heat pump and associated items. The other more disappointing cancellation is for the windows company who were coming with proposals for resolving the issues. It will just have to wait.
