The tie bar arrived late last night and when I arrived this morning it had already been positioned. I helped with the tensioning but essentially it is done and the remaining wall can be taken out.

More material arrives for the concrete patio base and the main stone column that I disturbed (by removing a foundation stone to lay the services) has been repaired .

With the doorway now open and concreted the excavation for the internal services could be done. The water and electrics are in (the red electrics cannot be seen in the picture) and the trench being prepared is for the main sewage pipe to the proposed fosse. Outside I have managed to tidy the plumbing and electrical connection point in the future car park on my board including finally closing off the trench.
