Lee finished and left site Tuesday. Dominic and I spent Monday moving the plasterboard outside under protective plastic to make room for the incoming furniture. Tuesday and Wednesday were spent moving the furniture from the rental house to the new house. Wednesday also saw Stephane back on site to progress the sink installations.
Today, Dominic and Felix are flying home so I am again on my own. There are two under sink spaces but even so it was tricky for Stephane to fit the filters and water softener in and around the drainage system while avoiding the sinks that will be installed. Unfortunately while we were working upstairs the softener float valve failed and flooded the room. It has been disconnected while I try to fix it or source a replacement.
While Stephane was working I started the second wall in the dressing room and today I managed to finish it off. Again, it is still loose as I need to cut out the light holes and the floor needs to be sanded (by Jude) before final fitting is done.
The second washing machine space has been prepared, as has the space under the kitchen sink.
