This morning I finished off the plywood cladding and then applied the breather paper to the upper section.

I then spent the afternoon finishing the fitting the battens in preparation for the cladding. The right hand side is now ready for the window to be fitted.

As it began to rain I moved indoors and applied strengthening plates to the timber wall where the two 150 x 50 sections meet. Not needed everywhere as I did some of them using wood scraps as we were building them. The frame is now solid.

Finally, I spent some time moving a layer of oak flooring from the ground floor to the first floor in preparation for both laying the ground floor heating (the floor needs to be cleared) and the oak flooring on the first floor and mezzanines.
