First thing this morning was a meeting on resolving the issues with the windows with Julien Cogné. The solutions look to be OK but the rear opening in the lounge cannot be changed. We will have to live with it as it is if we want to have the shutters for security.

After the meeting I spent the morning putting the scaffolding up to full height and securing it so I can access the top of the timber frame to fit the external layers of before finally installing the cladding.

First the plywood, then the breather paper.

It took ages to get the top piece of plywood up. In the end I had to cut it half as it was just not manageable otherwise. One last piece to be done but that will be for tomorrow.
