After our trip to the UK I am finally back on site to see that in my absence Florent has been back to install the internet fibre box connection through the wall and in a cable chamber.

While we were away the water finally receded (it is still falling in the region but not causing the same level of problems around our site.

Just before I left I was fitting the final joists on my own and tweaked my back. Driving to Edinburgh and back did not help so I am on painkillers and taking things as easy as possible to let it get better.

Still no approval for the sewage. Annoying really. they keep asking for information that is in the report and seem to stop reading it when they thing they find something missing. Our consultant is being patient with them but I can sense his frustration as well. He did warn us that our department is the most difficult to work with.
