Another flower bed emerges outside the kitchen window.
Cables will need to be tidied but not until final positions of the panels is known. The PV distribution/Control Board is prepared and the BBQ panels isolation switch connected to the cable that runs over to the car park. The car park is cleared so Florent can level it.
One of the roses and Irene’s agapanthus are planted.
Pathways are compressed and a small foundation added for one of the larger stone urns.
The filter bed takes shape as the first delivery of gravel arrives.Florent excavates for the fosse but soon reaches the water table and pumping is required. Trench from the house to the fosse is prepared for the pipework to be installed.
The fosse is tethered and lifted into place, levelled and braced for the stone that arrives tomorrow.
While Florent works outside I am busy insulating and panelling the workshop to keep out of his way.
