Today I carefully measured and installed the rafters only to find when I tried to fit the first batten (from side to side) the rafters were not well aligned. So the end of the afternoon was spent unscrewing my work and manipulating them to align before screwing them back in and then screwing in the batten. Ran out of time to finish it today so first job Monday before finishing the battens off.
