The trapdoor finally arrived so it has been installed. Took a few attempts to get it into the right position making alliances for the future ceiling and ensuring it was level but finally I was able to open it and let down the metal steps. Oops, read the instructions. I need to cut the legs to make it fit. Following their guidance I jury rigged a workbench, measured several times then attacked with the disk grinder. Pleased with the results.
